These Terms and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://rikki.natewinters.com/ (“Website”) and engagement with Rikki Winters’ services, including Business Consulting and Executive Assistant services (“Consulting Services”) and Homefront Hustle mentorship program (“Program”). 2. Services Provided

Rikki Winters offers two distinct services:

2.A. Business Consulting and Executive Assistant Services

We provide tailored consulting and administrative support to veterans, military spouses, civilians, nonprofits, and for-profit organizations., delivered via video teleconference, email, or phone.

Contract: Each engagement requires a signed contract specifying:
- Payment Terms: Monthly payment via ACH Transfer or Venmo, based on hours worked at an agreed hourly rate, invoiced via Clockify.
- Engagement Commencement: Begins upon signatures from both parties.
- Performance Review: Weekly meetings to assess progress, with engagements renewable monthly by mutual agreement.

2.B. Homefront Hustle Mentorship Program

Homefront Hustle is a 12-week mentorship program to help you launch a home-based business, priced at $600. The Program includes:

A Pre-Meeting Form to vet your commitment and tailor your experience.
A free introductory meeting (via Google Meet) to discuss your goals.
Weekly training sessions (virtual) to guide your business journey.

Purchase and Payment:

Payment is a one-time $600 fee via credit card through WooCommerce and WooPayments. ACH transfer is available as a backup, with details provided privately.
Services are not provided until payment is received.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy ($400 partial refund within 30 days of purchase).
You must provide accurate billing information at checkout.

Program Terms:

Completion of the Pre-Meeting Form is required to schedule the introductory meeting and training sessions. Non-completion prevents participation.
You agree to attend scheduled sessions.
You may not share or resell Program access.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos (including the Homefront Hustle logo), and Program materials (e.g., PDFs, DOCs, training videos), is owned by Rikki Winters and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Consulting Services: Materials provided (e.g., reports, plans) are for client use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
Homefront Hustle: Mentees receive copies of training videos and materials (PDFs, DOCs) for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or share Program content, including Google Meet sessions, without written permission. Unauthorized recording during training is prohibited.

4. Use of the Website

The Website provides information, facilitates Program purchases, collects form submissions, and supports Consulting Services inquiries.

Consulting Services: Interaction via email, phone, or teleconference.
Homefront Hustle: Interaction via email, Google Meet, WooCommerce checkout, and Pre-Meeting Form.

Permitted Use:

Provide accurate billing information for WooCommerce checkout.
Submit truthful responses in the Pre-Meeting Form for vetting.

Restrictions: You agree not to:

Violate laws or regulations.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Interfere with Website operations (e.g., hacking, spamming).
Resell or share Program access.
Record Google Meet sessions without consent.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites
