1. Homefront Hustle Commitment
At Homefront Hustle, we’re dedicated to helping you succeed in your home-based business journey. We offer a 30-day refund policy to ensure you feel confident in joining our $600 mentorship program. If it’s not the right fit, we’re here to assist with a straightforward process.
2. 30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days from your purchase date. After 30 days, refunds are not available.
3. Refund Amount
Approved refunds will return 2/3 of the purchase price ($400 of the $600 mentorship fee) to your original payment method. This partial refund accounts for administrative costs and ensures fairness for all participants.
4. How to Request a Refund
We’ve made requesting a refund simple:
- By Email: Send your request to rikkiwinters@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your full name.
- Order number (found in your order confirmation email).
- A brief note on why you’re requesting a refund.
- We’ll respond within 3-5 business days with approval or further questions.
- In a Meeting: Discuss your refund request during a scheduled meeting (via Zoom or Google Meets). We’ll confirm your order details and process your request.
5. Refund Process
Once approved:
- A $400 refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
6. Late or Missing Refund
If you don’t see your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your card issuer—some take longer to post refunds.
- Reach out to us at rikkiwinters@gmail.com if you need help.
7. No Exchanges or Credits
We offer refunds only—no exchanges or credits for the mentorship program. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
